Ish, Aw ya caught me!! It is in the Lowery Park Zoo inside the city limits of Tampa. It's not large, but is well kept, and the Manatee exhibit has 6 of the creatures, and 5 of them arrived with severe injuries. They have a staff at the zoo that treats their injuries and, apparently, has a good success rate of healing them. It really hurts to see the terrible scars left by humans, though.

There are, also, a number of places nearby where they can be seen in the wild, we just haven't been there yet.
