SE: Same problem here with that symbol, ES HI, if that's any comfort. It's not on your end. I haven't had problems with short-term interval charts for symbols I'm following today, though.

I'm able to see ES H1 in the smaller intervals. And the compressed charts in eSignal - I just zoom, I don't know any other way. I can't wait for RavenQuote to get ported to eSignal, I'm too locked into the QCharts look and feel and so I know exactly how you must feel right now! <g>
