I have 2 pieces of software, expensive, (multimedia) and they don't make a Windows 2000 version and state they are not supported under Windows 2000....yet. I just may upgrade to Windows 2000 when I get my new machine. I can't see any benefit upgrading my Dell P2 450 to Windows 2000. It's slow enough as it is. Mind you, it was almost as fast as I new Dell P3 800 RDRAM I tried in July, not satisfied and sent it back. I decided to wait for the P4. I think my graphics card really gives my P2 a lot of extra punch.

PW, suddenly the pictures in my profile don't show any more. All I get is a small box with a red x in it. Here's the code in the profile <IMG SRC=http://www.geocities.com/gottfried/picsound/3boats.gif> The picture displayed fine directly earlier today geocities.com [right now it doesn't, though] I use IE 5.5 and am asking for help.
