It's a water garden. She has a 8'x4' one now and is going for a 30' circular. Only 2' deep. This got started a couple of years ago when one neighbor had a water plant in a bucket. Then it went to whiskey kegs cut in half. Sue got her 8'x4' so another neighbor dug a 10' circular garden lined with cement and a waterfall. Then another neighbor got a back hoe and a dump truck.... Pretty soon this neighborhood will have more lakes than Minnesota. We do need the rain. One of the reservoirs is still down 3'. Lake Bloomington got so low you could drive on the lake bed between the lake and it's dam.
