Bernard: Grey skies turning darker or a break in the clouds via the Wayne Angel prediction of a rate cut this week... Bill Gross, who knows something about interest rates, says it won't happen this week... So, we either get a short term rally via Greenspan's beneficence or another leg down on the Nasdaq to sub 2000 territory for putting the cart before the horse...
