One of the candidates in the last election was interested in environmental matters. You supported the other guy, however.

Good thing the election wasn't very close in Florida.

It's the 'raw' thing. My mother is Asian, her idea of cooking her beef is defrosting it (we get very upset with her). I suppose it's the same theory.

For me, I'm not worried. I'm sure all the sake I drink when I eat sushi takes care of it. ;)

I'm not sure I understand this. But if I'm reading it correctly, it sounds a lot like something Dubya would say.
