Good morning, crow! Glad to see you are in such a pleasant mood.

I am getting an affectionate look from my kitten, Kiwi. She and I got to be very close when she was in a cast for six weeks after breaking her arm. I carried her around so she wouldn't have to walk, and gave her special treatment.

When I opened my bedroom door this morning, she was waiting for me in the hall. I don't let her sleep with me because she loves to pounce on toes moving around under the blanket, and is a very fierce toe-biter.

I sat down to give her some pets and her brothers, Arthur and William, came bounding up the stairs to ask for pets, too, and then asked to be let out for the day. The boys are both red-orange tabbies, and we call them the House Tigers.

Kiwi is a cream-orange tabby, and has a ruff, and we call her the House Lion.

House Tigers get to go outside, but House Lions don't, because she got fat while she was wearing the cast, and I am afraid she's not fast enough to avoid a car.

The kittens all love each other, and like to snooze curled up together. When the boys are out, sometimes I leave the front door open with the glass storm door closed, and she stands by the door on her hind legs and puts her front legs on the glass and looks out longingly, and sometimes she paws at the glass. Poor baby.
