When Bob said 20 percent drop 'or more' I believe that is just his way of giving us a rough idea of how his probability distribution looks. The curve could be falling off rapidly in the vicinity of -20% and that's why -20% is mentioned. So I think Kirk's reference to the limits is an accurate interpretation of Bob's intent.

I also left out the fact that we went over 5% days after he said "no chance for new highs" where he was dead wrong.

I also left out the fact that he currently says: "up to xxx% of more" for the QQQs and has said that in print many times. Funny how the value of XXX keeps changing as the new starting point. Next month the starting point will have to be adjusted from $62 to $48.23

"Up to" and "more" covers zero to infinity as far as I am concerned so I compromised.
