Why SNDK will over react to the down side and reach 10
(1) Fund and Bank Managers work under what is called a
"reasonable clause". Meaning they make reasonable decisions
based on what a company is saying when buying a stock for trusts, funds, etc.
(2) When the CEO says things are not going to be good for the next two quarters, this "reasonable clause" gives the
lawyers in a future law suit against the fund and bank managers. The lawyer can stand up in court and say:
"Why did you buy this stock for my client, when even the company CEO was giving a warning?
Did you think you, as a bank manager knew more about SNDK than the CEO ?"
(3)This SNDK CEO has put fund and bank managers in a very bad position as far as the "reasonable action clause". IMHO.
