Wanted: Nudecasters Jobs offer for journalists with nothing to hide REUTERS TORONTO, Feb. 21 — An Internet-based news service is looking for journalists with nothing to hide. They don’t even need experience in journalism, NakedNews.com said. Advertisement THE WEB SITE is auditioning for new, nude newscasters this week. Male and female applicants should be fit, attractive, articulate and ready to live in Toronto. “The Webcasters we hire will give us greater latitude in reporting on news events from around the world,” said Kathy Pinckert, media director for the Toronto-based site. “We are also being responsive to a deluge of requests from our female fans to have males present the news as well,” she added. “With men added to the program, NakedNews will truly be the news program with nothing to hide.” The NakedNews Web site, which says it should only be viewed by people over 18, currently shows four female presenters, Victoria, Carmen, Diane and Holly. “The naked news is presented uncensored and without bias,” it says. Pinckert said the site, which is just over a year old, recorded 5.6 million unique visitors last month, up from 4 million in December. The interviews — with separate times for men and for women — take place in Toronto on Wednesday and Friday of this week. “Auditions will not involve any nudity, however you may bring a swimsuit for the script-reading part,” says a recorded announcement. “Thank you for calling, and good luck.”
