Let's see - - what would be good specials for Saturday night? For some reason I am already thinking about Sunday. Saturday night specials - - something a little fancier than you'd make at home - - spare ribs, grilled salmon, grilled chicken Caesar salad, and Porterhouse steak, with two side orders. Side orders are garden salad, cucumber salad, carrot and raisin salad, fresh asparagus, steamed broccoli, potato salad, fried okra, macaroni and cheese, and redskin mashed potatoes. Would you prefer corn bread, fresh rolls or French bread? And do you want to see the wine list? Or do you want me to tell you what we have on tap?
