BEAS, BRCD and others. I don't think any trader.. missed out on the great gains on these two on the short side. Everyone had made their exit either on Friday Morning or Thursday night and we leave the stage ready for any long traders next week. We still feel that after a dead cat bounce rally which was expected after BRCD,will offer more short opportunities.. but we suggest anyone going short or long, do their own DD. Frustrations build up on SI because many have either missed the boats are are trying to make up for it by 'buying boatloads' on the long side or going short now and taking them home too long and both might get burnt. Please don't make SI your last stop for information.. It is only a bulletin board for sharing information, much like user groups and chat clubs and investment clubs... and coffee houses. Learn by yourself some basics in chart reading, learn how to check out a companies earnings report, their financial valuation and earnings projections, look for anything that might help you determine fundamental health of a company on your own.. without bias. Look for confirmation of what you read whether by a professional or a novice, you can get mislead BY BOTH.. as we have seen.

Read a few basic books on technical and fundamental analysis and take any suggestions by professionals and especially non-professionals with a grain of salt. Never take anything at face value, investigate.. analyze, dissect.. and you will do okay.
