Elepet, I wish this book was available about 3 years ago. It would have saved me a lot of time in "figuring" things out by myself. When reading this book, I found myself "hurrying" through it gaining excitement along the way. If you find yourself doing the same, take a step back and re-read as it's filled with several important issues about the nature of changing beliefs. When you get to Chapter 11, read it twice. It offers a simple exercise that I'm sure you'll enjoy. Glad it has brought some insight to you. Chris
