I carefully worded the letter to apply to PREVIOUS quarters, not future results. And I also was careful to suggest that the information I was requesting should have been reported routinely in filings to the SEC, as well as to shareholders. Again, it's information that should be available (by law).

If they release the list of shareholder names, imagine what phone solicitors could do--as well as anyone else selling anything. I hope they aren't handing out this information.

I'm president of the San Diego chapter of AAII. Our national offices won't even give our Board the membership list of OUR chapter. It's all to protect our members from solicitation, etc. I think that is a good policy for any organization that values its members. I hope SNDK values our privacy, too.
