Management = No Trust = Find Another Investment. The above statement is my philosophy on SanDisk. Art, I appreciate your efforts. I wish there was some accountability with SanDisk's management. It is ridiculous that management doesn't respond to a simple request! I agree, completely, with Slacker's thoughts on this post: Message 15407989 I exited SanDisk, fortunately, along time ago due to my displeasure with SanDisk's management. They couldn't even provide a webcast of earnings. Ralph Wanger gave the best advice ever, "Don't bitch, switch". Management apparently is concerned with their own interests, which don't match the needs of other shareholders. If management fails to respond to the needs of shareholders, then they either 1) don't care, or 2) are hiding facts from shareholders. I don't invest in companies that have management teams that I can't/don't trust.
