What happened in CA is that the rate the utilities could charge for electricity was capped while the rate they had to pay was not. Remove the cap and reduce red tape and legal delay associated with creating new generation capacity and the situation will be resolved.

You think the economy is bouncing back real soon ?

You may have noticed unemployment rising just a bit ?


So the stock market has done poorly for the better part of a year and we might be entering a cyclical recession. Do you take this as a sign that human economic growth has stopped?
