He did good.

He speaks with a lithsp.

He cleared the air over the poor reporting. He said that CDMA2000 was being rolled out it Korea...unfortunately, he made it sound like it was being "ruled" out in Kore-or.

All in all...very upbeat. He said the conference in Genever went well and that they demo'd HDR all over the place.

Jacobs did well - was given time - discussed present chipset demand (production restraints) - discussed differentiation between wcdma and cdma status - discussed 1xev demonstration at 3gsm conference - would not comment on prospect that analysts and pundits are biased against Q - noted that if wcdma was on time - GREAT, but if not - THERE IS AN OPTION now in operation...
