Only in a morality without rational basis does man not have dominion... I guess that leaves man SOL dominion wise in the various pompous constructions demonstrating the supposedly superior morality of right wing thought that you're forever pumping out, Neocon. man has dominion Brees mentioned asking you for input on this so I am assuming that your interest is the disagreement between Brees and Solon regarding dominion. I haven't been following that discussion closely, but I think the issue was not whether the human race was at the top of Earth's pecking order or not. Rather, I thought it was about what relevance, if any, that has on the relationship among humans. I had never before heard dominion used in the context of persons having dominion over other persons. You said "man has dominion" a couple of times. Usually that statement is followed by "over [fill in the blank]." Your input would be more helpful to my understanding of the discussion if you could go into the implications of this concept of dominion on the relationships among individual humans. Karen
