Goodmorning Grace i am laughing sort of. I am thinking of gentleman who has managed to get a law suit on the gold industry for hedging. It is pure legal and i certainly have no knowledge as to the ethics or lack of involved in this. My thoughts turn to numerous suits placed against companies for erroneous information. This makes me laugh as I suppose if things got very tough dollars could be made in the legal profession suing CNBC for erroneous information and hearsay. I am playing Ah. I am sure they are covered somewhere in a legal ruling.
