Hi Wolf K,

I'm fairly new to this story so I'm wondering if you can let me know what you mean by "now that the quiet period is over".

Also, I've read a few posts that mention J&J. Could you elaborate for me the relevance of J&J to DMX?

Thanks,
P.D.T.

Hi Wolf,

I am in agreement with you here. Given the size and price of the draw,
its telling me a few things:

1. low dilution, bear minimum draw so its definitely a 'good for the shareholders'
2. inferring OXO maybe okay cash-wise
3. the current plant has enough capacity, no new plant is in the works for near term, anyways
4. resources and focus on North America requires some cash
5. as you say, external cash coming soon from A/R and further deals
6. its so nice to have source of financing in the back pocket, to call upon when ever its needed
7. no greasing taking place
