"cigar-smoking elite". Is that how you see owners of privately held companies ? Steve, we do have unions for those who need them. And many privately held companies treat their employees well and reward them with ownership. I don't see any argument against privately held companies here. My idea is that we don't need stock exchanges, and we don't need the grand scale manipulation (both legal and illegal) that it breeds. But I don't see any supporters here, and I guess I shouldn't be surprised '-)
