I listened to most of it, and I've read the comments on the MSFT thread. I think people are reading entirely too much into the comments of the Justices. They seem to see issues on both sides. And their comments don't necessarily reveal their true thinking; I don't think I'd want to play poker with any of them.

But perhaps that is why MSFT stock is up. I have no idea.
