That is why we don't let the father of person B write the laws. He'd probably take your liver too, if his daughter needed it. We write the laws to protect the greatest number from the greatest harm. It can always be hoped that the minority interests don't suffer too greatly, but there will always be winners and losers. It is best if the government protects us from other people intruding into our bodies. If you do not have dominion over your body, you do not have much- and you certainly can't call yourself free.

Yes, I would explain to my 7-year-old the circumstances. If you go to this, why would you not approve harvesting organs or forcing prisoners to participate in medical experiments?
