Somehow, I never noticed that in the Compaq manual, and my Spressa never said any such thing. Anyway, I learned the difference between CD-Rs and CD-RWs from my brother, who was ahead of me in burning discs, and never heard anyone claim that there were "music" CD-Rs. Bulk CD-Rs are very economical, the only problem is that they do not have cases. However, a good CD wallet will take care of that more economically than buying jewel cases, even the cheap ones. I have a spindle on my CD- writer, and every time I burn a new disc, I put it in a 78 pocket wallet........
