... at which point, as I recall, the government's attorney pointed him to where in the record he could find the evidence. (Telling him to see the proposed findings of fact, which include annotations/cites to the supporting evidence -- again as I recall).

Dear Brian: Give me a break, is there ANYONE on this thread or any other in Technology that doesnt KNOW MSFT abused their Monopoly power?? Maybe this judge is an idiot, (we saw plenty of evidence of those during the recent election..did we not?), maybe he is just feeling out the parties, but one thing is FOR SURE.
