The broccoli was great- much better than the often oversteamed stuff i am prone to make. We had the leftover pork roast in hot sandwiches with pork gravy. I was proud that I so successfully recycled and everyone still ate it.
We love asparagus.
I usually steam it. I steam everything. And i always use real butter- never margarine. There are some things that just shouldn't be sacrificed.

Hi, Poet. Just wanted to let you know that I saw your post, fixed some roasted broccoli, and it was wonderful. It had never occurred to me to roast it. Thanks for the idea.
