Yeah, I'm looking, but not buying yet. If I had to buy today, TXN or EMC look better than CSCO. Better PEG, mostly. People keep on saying, "look how far its come down, it's got to be close to a bottom." And they keep on being wrong. CSCO won't be a Great Value till its at a PE of 30, and the E has to be reliable. But it may never get that low, so I'll let the chart tell me when to buy. As long as we keep on setting new lows every month, I'll probably keep watching.

I get this feeling we're going to get a January-type bear rally, useful to sell into.
