I have no problem with the murderers assets being given to his victims. Of course if the murderer is married you may be impoverishing his wife and children (or her husband and children) and I don't see the point of that. Steven and I don't want anyone supporting children forced to be born, since we don't want them forced to be born- we want them dead if their parents want them dead. We do not want any unwanted children born. period. So your analogy really doesn't have a lot of meaning for me. Dead fetuses are better than unwanted children.
