Study out today ranking 230 major cities in the world for quality of life, including healthcare in the criteria. Vancouver rates the number 1 city on earth in which to live, Toronto also was in the top 20. nationalpost.com It's not surprising considering the UNs annual ranking of countries has ranked Canada #1 on earth for the last 7straight years on their human development index, which includes healthcare in the criteria. cbc.ca Extrapolating a healthcare system crisis from an issue based rightly or wrongly on an ethics policy is quite a stretch, as is the odd inevitable mistake that gets the National alliance Post in a tizzy. There are problems and mistakes made everywhere, and for sure things aren't perfect in Canada, they're just better then anywhere else. I'm pretty happy to be living here myself.
