I have no idea how this report was commissioned, however, the methodology that was used to capture data seems credible and unbiased (surveying customers of each company). Their analysis of this data is quantitative. (There is little room for "hanging chads".)

I agree, LOF. Lately there has been no need to wafl on my investment decisions, each month my brokerage deposit goes straight to NTAP.
