Religious hegemony comes to mind. Just because most people think something is a good idea, doesn't mean it is. Would this law take into account religious and cultural differences? I actually would like to be libertarian but recognize that there are people out there that don't have the collective interest in their heart. They will do what they can get paid or otherwise do what they wish NOW and the consequences down the road be damned. So the first order is everyone mind their own business, the second order is the golden rule, and finally, the third order refinement involves (here we go, Solon et al.), stewardship.
