sell on any gap up or rally is the play of game, no too greedy is the strategy in this market.
CSCO $24 too, what a different in one year.

At $18, SCMR still has a p/e of 120. Down from over 2000 a few months ago. Prices of most of the tech stocks are still very high relative to earnings . . . and earnings are dropping fast, for companies that have earnings. That's probably why tech stock prices are dropping fast.

CSCO is a special case. Chambers is scape-goating the fed every time he opens his mouth. I interpret that as an sign that CSCO is in more trouble than they have acknowledged publically.

I wonder how much of today's sell-off is window dressing--funds that want to report that they don't hold the tech losers.

Shorts should begin buying soon. Risky to hold if a rate cut is likely soon.
