The diabolically funny thing is that Quote.com can't possibly raise their prices.

Imagine the backlash. Despite a few of us indicating we'd pay more, I am postive, after reading the thread here and on egroups/yahoo groups for ages, that the user revolt would be vicious.

Gives me the giggles. Stuck in a hard place Quote.com is...

pooh: Paying more money now is a mute point. They need to get this service working reliably every single day for at least three months in a row before they even start thinking about charging more for the service.
