Re: Rate cuts

Not tomorrow either since Greenspan is testifying before Congress. However, I expect he may well hint that further rate cuts are in the offing and that may be all the market needs for a bounce. It's a delicate balancing act. He has to cut enough to help stimulate the economy but not so fast that it looks like panic. Ultimately the market must find its own level and overly interventionist policy only delays that process.
