I don't really want to take this to PM. If we must, we must, but I would rather keep the debate public, if we can.

I would like to reiterate that this isn't about charity, in my opinion.

I hope we can discuss this with respect for each other in public.

AS is the notion that charity and pity have been swept under the rug and out of our line of vision by a swipe of the pen so as to make us all feel better regardless of real results. Heaven forbid we should have to actually DO something for anyone.
