Apparently per IJ not until 2004 or maybe 2005... <g>

Pcstel, on the EAanywhere deal psctel, they initially licensed cdma2000 and 1Xev, but the second agreement was for w-CDMA. So you need to parse these press releases as carefully as you do G*'s SEC filings.
