And even the Post Office is cutting down drastically on overtime hours and experiencing volume decreases already according to a friend. This is significant because they are a very large employer and many there had become accustomed to seeing the overtime as a normal part of their paychecks, increasing their spending habits accordingly. Now many of them are cutting back, placing a further drag on the economy.....
