Info on All Optical

As usual I'm having trouble finding specific information on an MRVC company. Can anyone confirm the speculation below.

AllOptical.com is registered to a representative of Fibermatics which is now known as Pandatel. This is a German company making Fiber optic muxes, modems etc.
Does anyone know if this is the company that is 35% owned by MRVC and referred to as All Optical? Their customer list is impressive they recently(1/29/01) signed a distribution contract with Nortel for muxes, and are involved with EMC.

"The contract agreed by PANDATEL and Nortel Networks covers marketing of PANDATEL’s fiber-optic multiplexer solution for metro access applications. In part, Nortel Networks provides no systems solutions of its own in this field. PANDATEL‘s FOMUX product line is based on WDM/DWDM wavelength division multiplexing/dense wavelength division multiplexing, is the technology leader, and already a great success in the market.

The FOMUX optic platform has, moreover, recently been certified by the EMC Corporation. This US company based in Massachusetts is the world’s leading manufacturer of storage area networks."
