Info on All Optical As usual I'm having trouble finding specific information on an MRVC company. Can anyone confirm the speculation below. AllOptical.com is registered to a representative of Fibermatics which is now known as Pandatel. This is a German company making Fiber optic muxes, modems etc. Does anyone know if this is the company that is 35% owned by MRVC and referred to as All Optical? Their customer list is impressive they recently(1/29/01) signed a distribution contract with Nortel for muxes, and are involved with EMC. "The contract agreed by PANDATEL and Nortel Networks covers marketing of PANDATEL’s fiber-optic multiplexer solution for metro access applications. In part, Nortel Networks provides no systems solutions of its own in this field. PANDATEL‘s FOMUX product line is based on WDM/DWDM wavelength division multiplexing/dense wavelength division multiplexing, is the technology leader, and already a great success in the market. The FOMUX optic platform has, moreover, recently been certified by the EMC Corporation.
