By the way, did anyone see the Ameritrade index yesterday? 90.73% buyers! 55% of all trades were CISCO buys. WTF?

As I've posted before, it just isn't plausible to me that Greenspan believes much of what he says in public. Those comments citing Wall Street analyst forecasts as the biggest reason to be cheerful will stick in my mind forever. Greenspan's utterances have become so critical to consumer/market/business confidence that I just don't think he has the room to speak honestly any more.
