I like ducks, too. Peking duck. Roast duck. Monday night I had something called Shrimp Ducky at Copeland's, a Cajun joint. Duck breast strips and shrimp in a nice brown roux over rice. Yum!

Do you really raise ducks? We had our two pets and a bunch of wild ones in the ditch. A fellow who raised ducks would bring us chicks of wild ducks that crossed with his tame ones. I'd let them out during the day and put them up at night until a day in late September when they'd head south.
