James (who wants me banned from this thread): Did you know that Clarence Thomas tapes Rush Limbo's radio program, and plays it back when he works out at the gym? (Thus, when I use the term Prez-Select, it's an indictment, really, of the majority of the U.S. Supreme Court who decided the election in favor of the conservative candidate on a 5-4 vote.) Re the beer baron's grandkids: We're talking about lazy neer-do-wells ... wastrels ... who are living off their inheritance, yet the Prez wants to give 'em $40 grand each because they "deserve" it. To be fair, we're also talking about the Palm Beach socialite crowd. Instead of fund-raisers for the American Cancer Society, they ought to be sponsoring fund-raisers for new voting machines down there in Florida. Don't you agree? Fairy tales? James. Drive a stake into my heart! By the way, interesting story in tomorrow's Wall Street Journal regarding the large number of foreign students in all the top tech colleges in the country (40% at MIT alone). Kind of touches on what we were discussing the other day.
