Bill, It certainly is starting to look bleak for Rambus Why? The dramurai that have signed are now weaseling There is nothing they can do about Micron, Infineon and Hyundai not paying royalties until their contracts are due for renewal. Do you have any reason to think this will happen before the legal battles are over? By then they will probably be feeling much more comfortable than those who have not yet signed. Jedec mess will kill the DDR royalties Why should that happen? Have you read the legal submissions? RDRAM will be eclipsed by DDR Looking forward a few years, how easily do you think that DDR is going to scale to higher speeds without infringing on yet more Rambus patents. Rambus have a clear way forward, DDR does not. John
