if rambus wins in court,there will be appeals.there will also be a federal restriction of trade for sdram and drr. i'm sure rmbs will request this . what does rmbs have to lose by not sueing mu et.al.? they are not getting anything now. the news this week ;intc/samsung/rmbs; is the best news since sammy signed. what a great time to buy rmbs for the long haul. rocky
