ever say "told you so" to a man lying on ground bleeding?
end of discussion for me also
my PM box is always open
you are a good man
just dont know how to voice compassion here and now

yeah, plenty of gamblers did well in the past
now they are mostly dead in the water
AG is probably pleased, ridding excesses
but lives have been severely disrupted, families affected,
people's health hurt badly

if AG had only raised rates three times, to undo his other error in 1998,
then Naz might have risen only to 3500
and then down in correction only to 2500
like normal corrections
who is to say?

take care of yourself
I know you care about people

Allan - I think you have the right idea - tech is a trade this year until the comps become easier. sell the big rallies, buy the big dips. Tks for your input

sorry for my attack, meant to be just a argumentative sting
my tongue hasnt been used much lately
it must have relished the workout
you are a good man

did anyone know a contributing cause to the Great Depression of 1929 ???
in 1927-28 the US automobile industry got into serious high gear
car purchases and usage was spreading with strong growth
car sales might have almost doubled from year to year
the Federal Reserve decided it was excessive
so they tightened interest rates to a great degree
that not only halted car sales, but stalled the economy
sure, stock market was built on a leveraged house, with 10:1 margining
but the great crash that ensued was horrible
the Federal Reserve in its infant wisdom eased up on rates in 1932
that was four years later, cruel
they knew better then

now in modern day, they see the telecommunication expansion as excessive
they knew better in 1999
THEY NEVER KNOW BETTER THAN THE FREE MARKET

take it easy, had to share that diddy
