Thank you for trying to save my conservative reputation, but it's a lost cause with AJ.
Once he got it in his head that Karen, X and I were in favor of returning Elian, that was it--- we were GoreGals. It was permanently imbedded as TRUTH for him.
We thought it was funny.
Whatever you do, don't mention Emily Dickinson.
That really gets him going.
