This actually falls into play with a lot of things.

When this falls through. There will again be lost hopes and broken dreams. All the expense of the retailer "investor" that has been hoping for something to grab ahold of.

They(J6P) will buy the market up tomorrow. Than the sellers will move in and Monday is going to be ugly. IMO of course<G>

Well: perhaps the feds new approach is to "work closely" with say, IBM, on the numbers asit were: implicit guarantees of no investigation, padded govt contracts, etc. to turn the market around; not that I am one for conspiracies...

Heinz,

<<the umpteenth attempt to stop the maket from crashing>>

they've held it up long enough. I have been saying for sometime on the SA thread that prices will come under significant pressure this month with many stocks hitting multiyear lows. Look at today's trading in ORCL. They drive it up hard at the last hour of the day along with every other tech stock. But look at the aftermarket trading. ORCL is quoted at the high 16's. The low today was 18 3/4. The fact that the aftermarket trading is quoted below today's low tells me that there's a even greater urgency to distribute by the boys on WS.
