Now here is a observation that I would not be surprised if you do not wish to get into. I do not blame you. But I have to ask. I've been at the Trader's Conference.....for lack of a better phrase....over the years in New York. BMI used to pay my way. (Well, pay is a bad word. They sent me Comp Tix I guess). What are you guys doing? You have eSignal, BMI, DBC (I think?), I guess my question is that you have so many outlets but where are you going? eSignal obviously is not set up the way Data Broadcasting Corp or Bonneville are. Are BMI and DBC going to shut down in favor of eSignal? The reason why I ask is that BMI drove me away. They said they were going to give up FM feed in my area so I swapped to Sat Feed and it was not effective. Out here in the NorthEast the Dish had to be larger to grasp the signal from the satellite somewhere over New Orleans. Meanwhile, they did not stop the FM Feed and I was left swimming without a life jacket. I had dumped the FM, and had a useless Sat Feed. After that I had to go to a Cable Modem. I heard on a listserver that BMI was walking away from Cable so I gave up on DBC. So now that I've presented the history I guess my point is that I've been disappointed by Data Broadcasting a few times. Are you guys going to consolidate and present an ongoing package or is DBC determined to still present a General Motors theme. That is to say, a different vehicle for each family of users. I must say, I was real happy with BMI. The miscues drove me away.I guess my question is "what is DBC doing going forward?" Are BMI and DBC shutting down in favor of eSignal? I understand that you cannot answer that directly so I'd appreciate it if you can link me to something public about it. The long and the short of it is, I do not know if after I subscribe to one (eSignal for example) that DBC won't change everything and make it obsolete like they did three times previously.
