William (and James might want to weigh in also)
As I've been playing with Nasdaq index options now,
I'm wondering if it's been your experience that it's
generally harder to trade successfully when Mr.
Greenspan speaks..due to the uncertainties his
testimony brings to the market?
That's my guess, but I'd like to hear what you think,
William, since you've been doing this successfully
for some time now.

The intermediate term trend is down... Regardless of these one or two day
mini rallies the most likely targets for the Nasdaq and Dow are 1800 and
9600 respectively... The full force of the rate hikes is biting the economy
while the recent rate cuts will not begin to take effect for 3 to 9 months...

Short term Nasdaq resistance is in the 2300 area, but I doubt we'll test it
soon...

Watching Greenspan testify before Congress made me think of what it must have been like when Emperor Nero fiddled while Rome burned... < :
