Hi Don, I don't dislike Clinton personally, but I'm really glad to see that he isn't President now. What is one to make of political corruption, turn a blind eye? If the Republicans do it too, that still doesn't make me want to tolerate it.

Don Hays points out that the "Smart Money" Index for the Nasdaq has been trending up for the past few days - this often portends a move upward in the near future. With the "Dumb" money selling off during the first half-hour of todays trading action, today will likely see a continuation of the upward trend - we will see how the last hour of trading shapes up.
