Two things "the market" may have liked about what uncle Al said at the House today:

1. That it is better (to preserve the growth in the economy ) to cut taxes than to increase spending.

2. That it may be wise to let "some investing outside the SS", as it would stimulate savings.

The DOW is at 10,509 (+60.74) and the NAZ holding at 2,162 (-20.8)
